Why answer "QSO B4" in contest?
If contest rules does not give penalties for dupes, why should an operator answer "QSO B4" when at the same time he can log again the QSO?
If I'm calling you, it's because for some reason you are not in my log, do not you think so?
So, as you are wasting time to tell me there is someyhing wrong, use the same time to fix it: log me again...
